- Download and install Apk Editor Pro and Zarchiver Pro from the ModifiedMod.in.
- Open Apk Editor and select the apk file that you want to check.
- In the Apk Editor window, click on the “Manifest” tab.
- The “Manifest” tab will show you the following information about the app:
- Version code: The version code is an integer that identifies the app’s version. The version code is used by the Android system to determine whether an app update is available. For example, if the version code is 1, then the app is the first version. If the version code is 2, then the app is the second version. And so on.
- Version name: The version name is a string that identifies the app’s version. The version name is used by users to identify the app’s version. For example, the version name might be “1.0” or “2.0”.
- Version SDK: The version SDK is an integer that identifies the minimum Android API level that the app requires. The version SDK is used by the Android system to determine whether an app can be installed on a device. For example, if the version SDK is 16, then the app requires Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) or higher.
- Target SDK: The target SDK is an integer that identifies the Android API level that the app was developed for. The target SDK is used by the Android system to determine whether an app can use features that are available in newer Android API levels. For example, if the target SDK is 23, then the app was developed for Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or higher.
- Package: The package is a string that identifies the app’s unique identifier. The package is used by the Android system to install and uninstall apps. For example, the package might be “com.example.myapp”.
- You can also check the app’s permissions and other information in the “Manifest” tab.
- Paste all the information and just click on download
